These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Zendalic (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and all visitors and clients (hereinafter referred to as the “User/Client”) who access the website and/or use the services provided by Zendalic.
By accessing this website and/or engaging Zendalic’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Zendalic is a design studio providing services in the fields of web design, UX/UI design, branding, animations, and related digital products, primarily working with startups and growing businesses.

4. Working Process

5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are agreed upon individually and stated in a proposal or agreement.
Payments are made via bank transfer or another agreed payment method.
Unless otherwise agreed, work begins after receipt of an advance payment.
Late payments may result in temporary suspension of work on the project.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, designs, concepts, and files created by Zendalic are protected by copyright law.
Ownership rights to the final approved deliverables are transferred to the Client only after full payment of the agreed amount, unless otherwise stated.
Zendalic reserves the right to showcase completed projects or parts thereof for portfolio, marketing, and self-promotional purposes, unless confidentiality has been explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Responsibilities
Zendalic is not liable for any losses or missed opportunities arising from the use of the website or provided services.
The Client is responsible for the content they provide (texts, images, data), including ensuring they hold the necessary usage rights.
Zendalic does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. increased sales, traffic, or conversions), unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
8. Confidentiality
All information, materials, and data exchanged between the parties in connection with a project are considered confidential, unless they are publicly available or otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the collaboration in the event of a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
If the Client terminates the project, work completed up to that point must be paid for proportionally.
Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
10. Limitation of Liability
Zendalic is not liable for:
Temporary unavailability of the website;
Damages caused by third parties or external services (hosting providers, platforms, software);
Decisions made by the Client based on consultations or recommendations provided by Zendalic.
11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Zendalic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on the website and becomes effective upon publication.
12. Governing Law
All matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
